How it works

  1. Tell us what you need

Call or use the form. We confirm the document type, number of signers, location, and timing — and flag anything that could stall the appointment before it does.

  2. Get one upfront price

Notarial fee plus travel, quoted as a single number. Payment is processed when you book, so the appointment itself is just signatures.

  3. Meet your notary

A commissioned Nevada notary arrives at the agreed time, verifies ID, witnesses the signatures, and applies the seal. Most appointments take 15–30 minutes.

  4. Done — with proof

Every act is recorded in the notary's journal as Nevada law requires. If a receiving party ever questions the notarization, the record exists.

Honest pricing, Nevada rules

Nevada law caps what any notary can charge for the notarial act itself: $15 per signature in person and $25 per act for remote online notarization. Anyone quoting you more than that for the stamp is overcharging.

What the law doesn't cap is convenience — and convenience is what you're really paying a mobile notary for. Most Las Vegas-valley visits total $45–$95 all-in, depending on distance, time of day, and how many documents need seals. Hospital visits, after-hours calls, and multi-signer loan packages run higher, and we'll say so before you book — not after the notary is standing in your kitchen.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a mobile notary cost in Las Vegas?

Nevada caps the notarial act itself at $15 per signature in person and $25 for remote online notarization. The travel fee is separate and is what varies — most Las Vegas-valley mobile visits total roughly $45–$95 depending on distance, time of day, and number of documents. We quote the full price before booking and process payment before the appointment, so there are no surprises at the table.

Can a notary come to me the same day in Las Vegas?

Usually, yes. We dispatch commissioned notaries across the Las Vegas valley seven days a week, 7 AM to 9 PM, and most requests placed before mid-afternoon can be served the same day. Hospital and care-facility visits are prioritized.

What ID do I need for a notarization in Nevada?

A current, unexpired government-issued photo ID — a driver's license, state ID card, passport, or military ID all work. If the signer has no valid ID, Nevada allows identification by a credible witness who knows the signer and has their own valid ID. Tell us in advance and we'll walk you through it.

Should I sign my document before the notary arrives?

No. For most notarial acts the signature must be made in the notary's presence. If a document arrives pre-signed, the notary may have to have you re-sign or may be unable to complete the notarization. Bring the document complete but unsigned.

Is remote online notarization legal in Nevada?

Yes. Nevada has authorized remote online notarization (RON), performed over secure audio-video with identity verification. It's legal for most documents and the state caps the RON notarial fee at $25 per act. Some documents and some receiving parties still require in-person notarization — we'll confirm which route fits your document before booking.
