Loan Signing Services in Las Vegas

A 150-page loan package is not the place for a notary's first rodeo.

Loan documents are unforgiving. A missed initial, a wrong date, or a notarization on the wrong line means the package goes back to the lender, funding slips, and someone's rate lock starts sweating. That's why title companies use signing-experienced notaries — and why, if you've been told to find your own notary for a HELOC or refinance, you should too.

What's included in a signing

Your notary arrives with the package printed (or receives it from your title company), walks signers through the stack page by page, ensures every signature, initial, and date lands where the lender requires, notarizes the acts that need seals, and returns the completed package the same day per the closing instructions — dropped with the courier or delivered back to title. One appointment, usually 45–75 minutes, done right the first time.

Signings we handle

What we won't do

A signing agent presents documents; they don't explain loan terms. If a signer asks "is this a good rate?" or "what does this clause mean?", the correct answer is "call your loan officer" — and our notaries give that answer. It protects you: notaries who improvise legal or financial explanations create liability for everyone at the table, including the borrower relying on the answer.

Pricing and turnaround

Loan signings are quoted as a flat package price — typically covering travel, printing where needed, the full appointment, and same-day document return. Nevada's per-signature cap applies to each notarization inside the package; the flat fee covers everything around them, itemized in writing per Nevada's disclosure rules. Title-ordered signings are billed to the title company; borrower-arranged signings are quoted and paid before the appointment, like everything we do.

Frequently asked questions

What does a loan signing agent do that a regular notary doesn't?

A loan signing agent is a notary who knows loan packages — where the notarizations go, which pages are date-sensitive, what the lender's funding conditions require, and how to keep a 150-page signing moving without errors. The notarial acts are the same; the difference is that a botched loan signing can delay funding, and experience is what prevents that.

Can we sign in the evening or on a weekend?

Yes — that's most of the demand. We schedule loan signings 7 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week, at your home, office, or the title company's office.

Who usually pays for the loan signing?

For most purchase and refinance transactions, the title or escrow company orders and pays for the signing as part of closing costs. If you're a borrower being asked to arrange your own notary — common with HELOCs and some credit-union loans — you pay directly, and we'll quote a flat package price upfront.

What should signers have ready at the table?

Valid photo ID for every signer, any lender-required items (cashier's check, proof of insurance) per your closing instructions, and an unhurried hour. Don't sign anything in advance — signatures happen at the table, in the notary's presence.
