VA medical center bedside work. The VA Southern Nevada medical center concentrates urgent, emotional notarizations: pre-surgery POAs, medical directives, benefit-related forms. These succeed on preparation and honest screening, which we do by phone first.
New-build and resale closings. The Aliante, Craig Ranch, and Valley Vista growth corridors generate full buyer signing packages on builder timelines. We run these as flat-price loan signings: every initial and date where the lender wants it, notarized acts sealed, package returned same-day per your title company's instructions.
Detention-facility notarizations. The North Las Vegas Detention Center and nearby facilities require advance coordination — visitor approval, document rules, and ID procedures vary — so these run on a day or two of setup rather than same-day. We handle the arrangements.
Coverage and timing

Same-day for most daytime requests; evening closing slots book quickly, so call earlier in the day when you can.
